As per the compliance standpoint should the Payroll software allow to provide configuration setup for PT for each pay component. e.g I have created pay component as Basic , HRA, Special Allowance, Conveyance etc. Should the system provide the option to provide the configuration setup to Configure PT so that we can map the PT for BAsic, HRA and Special Allowance and does not map it for conveyance. is ittheright way to do it.
